Not loving your experience? No worries—we’ve got you. We offer a full refund within 7 days if you're not satisfied.

Who qualifies for a refund

To be eligible:

  • Your request is within 7 days of purchase

  • You haven’t accessed or completed a course (if you've accessed more than one course, that my require investigation)

We’ll double-check course usage to confirm eligibility.

How to get your refund

If you’re not happy, here’s what to do:

  1. Click the help widget on our site (bottom right corner!)

  2. Or shoot us an email at advantage@cxcollective.com

We’ll take it from there. If you meet the criteria, we’ll refund you—easy as that.

What happens next

  • We’ll review your request within 2 business days

  • If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method

  • You’ll get a confirmation email when it’s done
